The hotel has a prime location close to MG Market, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room I stayed in offered a stunning view of Gangtok city and the valley, which added to the experience. Unfortunately, there were a few cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns. However, the staff was exceptionally helpful and resolved the issues quickly, ensuring a comfortable stay overall.
